Fantastic location, lovely terrace, comfortable bed, everything you need.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The general areas were beautifully adorned with elegant furnishings and artwork, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. As a senior person, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel and enjoy all the amenities without any difficulties.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed overwhelmed and could have been more attentive to the needs of us older guests.

I had a truly fabulous stay at the beautiful apartment in Alicante. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything. The spacious terrace was a real treat, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, everything was spotless. The host was very helpful and punctual, and even arranged a convenient airport pickup for us. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Alicante.

The terrace had incredible city views, perfect for sipping champagne and enjoying the sunrise. The free WiFi allowed me to post envy-inducing pictures on social media. The dining area provided a fancy setting for my takeout dinners.

Who needs more than one set of keys? Climbing three flights of stairs just adds to the charm and fitness goals of a luxury vacation.

Sono stato molto contento del mio soggiorno in questa struttura. La posizione era perfetta, in una zona tranquilla con poco rumore, ed era facile trovare parcheggio. La camera era ben curata e pulita, e il bagno era moderno e dotato di servizi di alta qualità. Il personale era gentile e attento, e mi hanno offerto una colazione deliziosa ogni mattina. Inoltre, la vista dal terrazzo era davvero spettacolare, con le isole Eolie visibili all'orizzonte. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a famiglie con bambini.

L'unico punto negativo che ho riscontrato è stato che la struttura era un po' distante dal mare, una ventina di minuti di auto.

Personally, I found the lack of a balcony or outdoor space a bit disappointing. However, others may not mind as much.

We got an amazing value for our money at this brilliant apartment. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a super clean room and a wonderful balcony overlooking the city center. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet. The host was extremely helpful and punctual, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with softer and less bobbly sheets on the bed. Additionally, a message informing me to ring a particular bell upon arrival could have been sent earlier, as it took a while for me to receive it on my phone.

Had a wonderful stay at Precioso Atico with a fantastic location and a clean, spacious flat. The host arranged a convenient airport pickup service, saving us time and hassle. The large balcony provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the city center view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Definitely recommend this place to all travelers.
